This program offers an enhanced salary package and a fast-track upgrade to captain for qualified pilots who meet the specific criteria and demonstrate the required performance levels. Successful candidates will undergo an assessment and upgrade course designed to prepare them for command in record time.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid ATPL with current Instrument Rating (IR)
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
• ICAO English Proficiency Level 5 or above
• Minimum 2,000 total flight hours
• Minimum 500 PIC hours on any twin-engine aircraft
